Ticketing for Conferences

Tiered registrations, named attendees, a check-in desk that never holds a queue — and orders flowing into your own systems over the API. Bookitive runs the registration so you can run the program.

Tiers, not seats

Sell Early Bird, Standard and VIP as capacity tiers with their own prices, limits and deadlines. Price phases step up automatically, discount codes handle partners and speakers, and every attendee registers with their name — no anonymous tickets at a professional event.

  • Ticket tiers with per-tier pricing and limits
  • Automatic price phases for early birds
  • Attendee name on every ticket

The desk

Check-in by QR or by name

The registration desk works both ways: scan the QR code from the email, or search by name when someone arrives phone-less. Two-day program? Turn on re-entry and the same QR code works both days — and for every coffee-and-phone-call run in between. The live overview counts arrivals through the morning rush, and after the event you export the attendance list your partners and speakers ask for.

  • QR scanning and name search side by side
  • Re-entry and multi-day registrations with one setting
  • Live arrivals overview during the morning rush
  • Attendance exports after the event

Your systems stay in charge

Every order is available over the REST API, and webhooks push registrations to you as they happen — into your invoicing, your CRM or your badge printing. Companies paying by bank transfer get automatic matching, and your accounting sees every order the moment it is paid.

  • REST API access to orders and attendees
  • Webhooks push each registration as it happens
  • Wire up invoicing, CRM or badge printing

Every email under your brand

Confirmations, tickets and reminders go out under your conference brand, in English and Czech. Reservations paid by transfer pair automatically, unpaid ones get a reminder before they expire — nobody chases payments by hand.

  • Branded confirmations, tickets and reminders
  • Automatic payment matching for transfers
  • Reminders before reservations expire

Speaker materials

Collect slides and bios without the email ping-pong

Send each speaker one upload link for their slides, headshot and bio. Submissions land grouped and routed into a folder per session in your Drive, so the AV team always has the latest deck — and you stop digging through your inbox the morning of the keynote.

  • One link per speaker, no account needed
  • Slides and bios sorted into session folders
  • File-type and size limits keep decks sane

FAQ

Questions conference teams ask

Straight answers before your first edition. Missing one? Ask us via the demo form.

Can we connect our own invoicing?

Yes. Orders are available over the REST API and webhooks notify your systems about each paid registration in real time — so your invoicing or CRM stays the source of truth.

Do attendees need printed tickets?

No. The QR code in the email is enough, and the desk can always find anyone by name. Badge printing can hang off the API if you use it.

How do companies pay?

Typically by bank transfer — each registration carries a prefilled QR code and reference, and incoming payments match orders automatically. Card payments online are coming; the desk takes cash and card on site.

Our conference runs two days. Does one registration cover both?

Yes. Give the registration type unlimited re-entry or one entry per day — attendees walk in on both days with the same QR code, and stepping out during the day holds nobody up.

Can partners and speakers get discounted registrations?

Yes. Discount codes cover partners, speakers and volunteers, with usage limits per code.
