Bookings & Inventory
Every order in one place — paid, pending or expiring. Bank transfers pair themselves, reservations free their seats on their own, and availability stays live on every device.
Bank transfers match themselves
Reservation emails carry a scannable payment QR code with the variable symbol prefilled. When the money lands in your account, Bookitive pairs it with the order, marks it paid and sends the tickets — no spreadsheet, no manual checking.
- Payment QR code in every reservation email
- Automatic pairing by variable symbol and amount
- Tickets go out the moment the payment arrives
Reservations with a deadline
A reservation holds its seats only as long as you allow. Before the deadline the customer gets a reminder with the payment details; if the money never comes, the order expires and the seats return to sale — automatically.
- Payment deadline you set per event
- Automatic reminder before the reservation expires
- Expired seats return to sale on their own
Sell at the door too
The box office lives in the same system as your online sales: pick seats on the live map, take cash or card, and the order is paid instantly — with the same tickets, the same emails and the same statistics.
- Cash, card or complimentary tickets
- Seat picking on the same live seating map
- Door sales count into the same statistics
From reservation to ticket, hands-free

Common questions

How does automatic payment matching work?
You connect your bank account — currently Fio banka is supported — and Bookitive watches incoming transfers. Each reservation has its own variable symbol, so payments pair with orders by symbol and amount — matched orders are marked paid and tickets are sent automatically. Stripe card payments and a Bookitive-managed bank account are coming soon.
What happens when a customer never pays?
The reservation gets a reminder before its deadline. If the payment still does not arrive, the order expires automatically and its seats go straight back on sale.
Can I sell tickets at the door?
Yes. The box office takes cash, card or complimentary orders, picks seats on the same live map, and the order is paid instantly — with the same tickets and emails as online sales.
What about refunds when an order is cancelled?
Cancelled paid orders line up in a refund queue with the payer details already captured. You review the queue and send the refunds from your bank in batches.
