Files, Collected
Every class needs to send their ten photos and a song. The photographer owes you the finished gallery. Mint one upload link, send it around, and everything lands grouped and sorted in your Drive — the senders never make an account.
One link, with a short form if you want one
Create an upload link and, if it helps, add a field or two — a class to pick, a name, a note. Keep it to files only for the photographer's drop. Share the link anywhere: a message, a QR code, your class group chat.
- A few curated fields, not a form maze
- Files-only links for a simple drop
- Share by link or QR — anywhere
Every submission, already filed
Each upload is one submission — its answers and all its files stay together. Route submissions into folders by an answer, like the class, and everything lands live in your Drive the moment it arrives. No shared inbox to untangle.
- Answers and files grouped per submission
- Auto-foldered by the field you choose
- Lands live in the Drive — no queue
Open to the public, closed to the abuse
A public link is only as good as its guardrails. Turnstile is on by default to stop bots, and you can add a PIN, an expiry, a cap on submissions, and limits on file types and sizes. The safeguards are the ceiling — set them and forget it.
- Turnstile bot protection, on by default
- Optional PIN, expiry and submission cap
- File-type and size limits per link
From link to filed
Build the link
Pick the folder, add any fields you need, set the routing and the safeguards. Turnstile is already on.
Share it
Send the link or a QR code to whoever needs to upload — classes, speakers, the photographer. They need no account.
It files itself
Each submission lands live in your Drive, grouped and routed into the right folder. You just open it.

- Auto-routing into folders by an answer

- File-type and size limits per link
- An email when a new submission lands
Common questions
What organizers ask before they send the first link. Missing an answer? Ask us via the demo form.
Do the people uploading need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can submit from any browser — that's the point. You stay in control through the link's safeguards, not by making people sign up.
How do you stop spam and abuse?
Turnstile is on by default to block bots, and each link can add a PIN, an expiry date, a cap on total submissions, and limits on the number, size and type of files. Since there's no way to bypass these, the limits you set are the hard ceiling.
Where do the files end up?
Straight in your event's Files — the event Drive. Each submission becomes its own group of files, and you can route them into folders automatically — for example a folder per class — so they arrive already sorted.
Do I have to review each submission before it appears?
No — submissions go live in the Drive as soon as they arrive, so nothing waits on you. The safeguards do the gatekeeping instead of a manual queue, and you can get an email each time one lands.
